The Australian Labradoodle is an intentional cross, not a kennel-club breed with a single written standard. Two dogs from the same pairing can differ in size, coat, and temperament, because each puppy inherits a different mix of traits from the contributing breeds. When a Poodle is one of the parents, the coat may be curly, wavy, or straight, and low shedding is not guaranteed. This pairing draws on more than two breeds, so the range of possible looks is wider still.

An Australian Labradoodle is listed as a Labrador Retriever crossed with a Poodle and a Cocker Spaniel — a three-way mix, not simply an Australian-bred Labradoodle. Size is small to medium. The coat is wavy or curly, often cream, gold, or parti, with more spaniel ear than a two-way doodle.
Grooming is required. Ears need care. Low shedding is possible, not promised. They want people and a retrieve. Ask which parents produced the litter. This mix is not a no-maintenance teddy bear.
